Hi. Thanks for the lessons, now I know, I need to listen more to the blues played by Jazzman than by non-jazz blues guitarists. best regards❤

You did not even ask for help, only look at the fact that some things are not for free. The ca 500 long form videos and the 500 short videos out there on my channel are all available and free. And you are always welcome to ask questions. Feel free and please ask. Good musical questions inspire me.

Indeed just walking, and we need that to get that basic stuff as saxophone players, guitarists etc. Hitting the basics makes for such a clear sound

Less root notes than bass parts isn't it?

@FairyTalesInYoghourt chord tones, but with the basis of walking bass, indeed less roots, but a giant step towards soloing :)

Im curious what moving the 251 chord back and forth means?
@Osnosis
@Osnosis 7 күн бұрын
It means not playing the change one beats 1 and 3 of the measure. Postponing or advancing the chord changes makes for both ambiguity and flexibility.

I think you're half as skilled as Coltrane he was good but not so good that you're bad 😊.

Very cryptic, did you read too much Lord of the Rings....Bilbo's speech at the party? Hmmmm I wonder. But the fact my name and Coltrane's name are mentioned in the same sentence says something.....

I'm not sure I can, but I try. You can also put the video a bit slowed down on KZbin.
