@operatingengineer Neway cutters are adjustable, so the Neway CU646 would work from 1.61 inch valve to 2.04 inch valve.

Cast iron heads are a bit too tough for the 30 degree Neway cutter.

@@c41man I'm about to try it on iron heads supposedly carbide cuts iron keeping it cool, I did my valves using neways gizmatic and water as a lubricant will do same with the seat cutters

How much are the replacement cutting inserts for the 45* cutter?

Neway website shows about $11 for each cutting insert. The 45 degree cutter has 5 blades.

@ Peter Cunningham For anyone reading this comment, Neway has some information on using the valve seat cutters, but it's pretty basic. KZbin has more useful videos on using Neway seat cutters.
