Perk, can you make a video about how you heal your hernia? (How it feels before surgery, how it feels after surgery, surgery method, do you think it is safe for lifters to leave a inguinal hernia without getting it fixed, how long does it take to recover before you got back into your 1st day of training, etc...) I had one myself too. You absolutely need to get it fixed asap. It does not heal on its own. Never ever. Got TAPP surgery myself with a mesh implant. Took about 6 weeks recovery before I could lift again. Stronger now than ever before but only train beltless since my surgery to limit IAP because I'm paranoid (also read an article by Greg Nuckols on belts where he says it >>may
