For the older gen, i have given the email format in the description box. Also, I have helped so many people in writing emails to SBI through Instagram. Customer service is not good. I am sharing my bad experience : I just purchased a Flipkart Gift card of just Rs 25 on Flipkart with my SBI Simply click card. Then I got the message your card is blocked due to suspicious activity & they issued me new card immediately. I talked to customer care & they said you will get the same card with another number . No charges will be taken. Everything of the old card including reward points will be transfered to new card. But I am puzzled, if with new card I do transaction again on Flipkart this new card also may get blocked... This is very ridiculous.
