It is really very complicated and also finding it completely non user friendly. Why do I have to handle multiple users and assign then roles which makes no sense. I never thought net banking would feel like some new coding language for no reason. Also a piece of advise to the development team for this very award winning product know as corporate business is when you develop such products clients should be guided on how to use it.

I am facing great difficulty. As I forget to change my net banking passwords after 90 days and now when I am login it says me to enter profile password after entering login password. I had entered profile password many time but it didn't accept and then I saw a note which says "mandatory fields marked with asterisk". I am facing difficulty with this.
