Just a Correction- This year, SBI is refusing to re-imburse the medical expenses.

@@Sonamlamo9 yes, Govt. Hospitals ask for a requisition letter, without that they won't test you. The best shot is to get yourself tested from reputed pathology labs, your expenses will be reimbursed later.

You've to appear for DV on the given date and then they give you time for submitting the incomplete documents.

Your category certificate should be of Central Format for it to be recognised in other states.

@@komalgrover1103 usual scrutiny is done on father's name, so if they need an affidavit they will give you time of a week or two. I suggest you to get it in advance to avoid uncertainty.
