This depends on the RC questions. If the questions are direct then there is no need to read full RC. If the questions are all inference based then you have to read

If your solving speed is low then practice simplifications. Learn factors of big numbers specially those are prime. Tables and everything. Practice se hi hoga jitna kroge utni speed aayegi
