2021 ke pehle aisa hota tha ki General ki minimum marks 35% (70/200) aur SC/ST/OBC ke liye 30% (60/200) required hoti thi, usse kam marks wale baccho ko seats allot nhi hoti thi aur vo seats next year ki notification me add hoti thi, yeh cheez aap 2021 ke pehle ke cutoff me dekh skte ho ki ST candidates hamesha minimum marks (60/200) ke aas paas hi rehte the, but 2021 ke baad ke cutoffs me ST candidates ki cutoff kuch states me 60/200 se bhi kam jaane lagi hai, iska mtlb hai ki ab vo minimum marks ka criteria hata diya gaya hai. aur mera personal opinion, 70/200 agar minimum marks rhega to UP jaise states me aadhi se jyada seats khaali hi reh jayegi

Gen ka 35% hai mains cutoff koi v state mein mains mein kabhi gen ka cutt off 70 k niche nahi gaya hai...last year assam ka 1st waiting list mein 70 cutt off tha gen ka uske baad 2nd or 3rd list mein koi v gen ka student nahi liya halaki vacancy tha but usko is bar backlog vacancy mein dal diya...so it can be true.
