Always prefer home state.. and it's SBI the best bank in India so I think choose sbi but if you can spend your next 5 years in other state then PNB is best.. less load than sbi

Yes it is ! I have heard multiple people saying 35% is minimum. And mostly people know that. How come you are not aware ? Also, people who gave sbi apprenticeship will be awarded extra 5 marks that was also known to everyone.
