My brother is in sbi.. joined 2 years ago.. our mother died this year, later 2 months our father got hit by a vehicle, he cannot walk.. our family mental condition has hit the lowest, I left my job to stay with my papa as he is completely alone now. But bhai ke senior ne iski transfer krdi.. isne bht request Kara ki he won't be able to handle more work in his current personal situation.. kisi ne kuch nahi suna... Or mere bhai ko bola ki tum resign krdo.. 3 months se resignation usne Dali Hui hai.. na salary aa rhi h.. na wo resignation approve kr rhe h.. mera bhai bht pareshan ho chuka h.. use wha ek baar office me hi panic attack aaya ..to use hospital le kr gye.. fir v koi kuch nhi sun rha ... Life barbad krdi h bilkul😞

In Banking condition is getting so worst , management is not even ready to pay the claims ,everyday a new torture , maybe with targets or late sitting or with pending work of branch ,i have worked in both SBI and BOB as clerk and i have seen how badly we are treated,if you don't have high approach and you are from general category then you are treated like a garbage,thrown anywhere in interior without even caring for anything,even if you are having health issues and if by mistake you say ,you want to study further and ask for permission,you will get permission but there will be an add on in hell and they will make things that much worst that you won't be able to study

all banking and sbi posts will be reduced more in future, my sister in law left capegemini and joined sbi clerk in 2018. now he regrets. he feared that in future within 10-15 year he will be forced to retire or upgrade as po. Sbi using aggressively cost cutting to reduce operation expenses and maximize the profit to stay in competition. Already using automation, ai in insurance fraud detection , reducing branch employees with contractual labor helper to boost sales, atm machine with digital mode like yono sbi, rural/sub urban atm by 3rd party vendors. Inside the RM expectation pressure is higher than ever, clerk is not immune from daily targets although it varies from branch location and insecure manager. So if you find this funny , jokes on you. get a reality check asap.
