1 Bro pre is more tough to clear as even if 10 lakh student full forms and more than half of them are not serious still 2 to 3 lakh are serious students who have prepared well and mains is easy to clear cuz there is no time pressure and plenty of time to clear cutoff marks if you prepared well. 2 In pre even if you have prepared well and get stuck in a ques and waste 2 3 min it's game over for you whereas in mains you can always comeback. 3. Mains is also easy to clear compared to pre as not many students prepare ga before the exams and don't prepare for mains and wait for results which come 10 days before the exam and are out of the competition only about 10- 20% people prepare before results who are sure to clear the pre which makes the competition alot less in mains acc to me
