Actually Ji Hyo has always been quiet even in the past, she doesn’t talk a lot but she was definitely very active, and by active I mean when doing missions and tasks and games coz that’s what Running Man used to be, it wasn’t filled with so much talking but more in lively games that takes them to different places.

yeah i think people don’t realise that jihyo was always quiet but gary and the other members helped her shine. when gary left, people started realising jihyo is really quiet and doesn’t get a lot of airtime. then when somin joined they started blaming her saying she stole her airtime and other stuff just to hate on somin. its disappointing tbh. i love jihyo and somin and im pretty sure they’re close too seeing as jihyo called and texted somin the most when she was sick :(

Maybe the staff read recent comments about why Jihyo is funnier when she guests in other variety shows, fans of the show noticed the members don't really pay much attention to her esp the emcee of the show Jaesuk whose more focused with LKS and JSM (he have great rapport with them). I love the change now, they are supporting each other again, before it felt like each of them (except jihyo) were too desperate to prove that they deserve to stay in the show (since KJK and SJH were almost booted out of RM).

It's by far one of the most thrilling episode of running man. After all this time, RM is finally back with a good concept, story line, games, jokes (this episode got me laughing hard too lol. I felt the members great chemistry). They were so into the game that they got really scared and surprised at the end. SAME MAN! SAME! I got goosebumps all over my body! Good job and thanks to the new PDs, it's very well made. Keep up the good work. I will be waiting for another great episodes of running man. Let's bring back the old RM vibes! ㅋㅋ ♡

People tend to see Jihyo no longer talking and became timid. As a long time RM fan, the answer is obvious. Ace used to be the only girl and she got treated as a man by other members before and don't forget that most of the interactions she had have something to do with Monday couple and also with trying to win the games and being playful with Kwangsoo and the rest of the members. Obviously some things had changed when Gary left and 2 additional members came and one is female who is her total opposite. Talkative and aspiring comedian Somin. Who's to blame here? They cannot even live their slogan of the show which is "Don't walk, run!" It became "Talk, don't run" because they're getting older? The PD and members changed. Song Jihyo was actually caught in the middle of all these changes. She is a humble person, as her fan, I understand that she is giving Somin a chance to shine and for it to happen, she obviously needed to give way and it's not her sole decision. People behind the camera are the one to decide. She's the RM's Ace but it became useless as KJK's role "Sparta" has disappeared along with the usual themes that they are trying to revive for the sake of the 10th anniversary. So please stop blaming Jihyo for being a passive member. Don't forget that she and KJK almost left RM and it obviously has impact to her life. You just need to be more sensitive. Anyway, people tend to judge people according to their bias just like what I am doing now. I just can't help it. SJH spent 10 long years of her youth in this show so she do not deserve to be mistreated. She is the only one to decide to leave RM for good.
