I think Lee hyori wrote the song(not the lyrics) from what i've learned from the spica's Show Lee Hyori tell them to write the lyrics themselves

Nurul Nabila Zulkifli late reply but anyway, the one who wrote the song is actually not lee hyori. The song is bought from western artist, i forgot who. They rearranged it completely that it sounds very different. Hyori did write the lyrics with leader Boa. And I think Hyori produced this.

I get so happy listening to Tonight. This is their best song. How could this be a flop? I bet that, if they launched this again after Bohyung's win in Girl Spirit, it'd be a huge success! They had such good songs but bad promotion. Now they have good promotion but their new song is not that good. =/ Come on, Spica!!! I believe in you guys!
