The violins in the background sound like Pokemon RSE samples, i love it

I love how ZUN does that thing with the main instrument. 1:32

Yea it seems either only the midi version has it or it's hard to hear in the other versions. Shame, it's the best part of the theme

This sounds more like the one from Retrospective 53 Minutes.

Debo admitir que el MIDI me encanta, pero en el caso particular de éste tema, me gusta más el WAV. Siento que tiene más intensidad que el MIDI.

They all sound so... different. So these were the "original tunes"?
@RomantiqueTp8 жыл бұрын
Yes, in Kioh Gyoku's and EoSD's case the SC-88Pro MIDI versions were the original versions of the tracks. The WAV versions were arranged because ZUN got a new synth that was incompatible with stuff made for the 88Pro, just a few months before the game was released.

What this other person commented, yes. The shrinemaiden topic is worth reading, do read it, it's good.

What do you mean with the shrinemaiden topics?
@blara24017 жыл бұрын
The topic started by the uploader on shrinemaiden.org about the origin of this era's MIDIs and their effort to spread what they were actually supposed to be.

0:10 not really sure if that melody in the background is present in the WAV version of the song
