SC है या नहीं ये अब संदेह के घेरे में है और डिबेट का विषय भी है। हाँ, घर का वकील भी है, घर का कोर्ट भी है, घर का मालिक जैसा चाहे वैसा करना है। एलेक्टरोराल बॉन्ड या सैकड़ो अन्य याचिकाओं पर घर के कोर्ट पर समय नहीं है लेकिन पत्रकारिता के नाम पर जानबूझ कर अपराध करने वाला बचा रहना चाहिए।

It nay be the informed that Mr. Luthra is a Senior Advocate and he must be mentioning in the Senior advocate's capacity. Only an Advocate on Record can file a case in the Supreme Court. Designated Senior advocates do not file a case. An AOR normally engages a Senior to mention a high profile matter to get it urgently listed. In this matter, it appears that the court's disappointment is more towards the non filing by AoR before mentioning rather than towards Mr. Luthra.

Ms. Anchor, please correct. Mr. Siddhart Luthra, is a designated Senior Advocate, and NOT an Advocate on Record or the Filing Counsel in the Supreme Court. Advocate on Record must be a different individual, who would have Filed this W.P Criminal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
