Sir I have doubt my father went injunction suit against defendant but the our father case is dismissed now he that property is gift deed to me is dismissed injunction suit will have problems on that gift deed

Sir,50 sal se possession mein hoon,papa ne verbally khorida tha abhi papa bhi nahi, jisne verbally sell kor se possession diye the o bhi nahi but jis se papa ne verbally khorida tha us k bete ne 70 ka registration deed se apne naam pe mutation kar liya aour papa ko 70 ka bad us admi se possession diya tha hum logo ne papa ka antim sanskar us jamin me 2016 ko kiya tha pure samaj le k abhi us admi k bahu aur bete ne bolte hai jamin do nahi to case kar dungi. Agar case bhi kar diya jamin hum log ka rehega na but koi documentary prove humlogo ka nahi hai please reply sir
