Well done! :D One thing you can do when it's a bit of a stalemate situation, he is not able to push in and you can't yet move out: Scan his main and see if he is mining gas. If he is then he will try to transition, maybe get air units or DTs. If he isn't then you can continue on as you are. In this game he wasn't mining gas.

Nice job! As a terran player i know the struggle is real. One time when i thought i couldn't beat the canons i lifted my buildings and was succesful. It wasnt a proxy attack though. Something to keep in your back pocket.

Usually just getting reapers out works for me. Cos I can always fly my buildings away but the protoss can't. Unless the cannons block the entry really well then the probes might have the ability to rebuild the nexus and take your home base. Focus on killing the probe as that just stops it dead.
