@Vinnie G quick list of things that were also part of Sc2 back then: 1 - FruitDealer was GSL Champion 2 - Nobody Expanded. Ever. 3 - 4 Gate Was Protoss’s only build 4 - Zerg still thought fungal was bad, even though it did extra damage to armored units 5 - Bunkers were being patched more than anything else in the game 6 - Marauders did twice the damage 7 - *FruitDealer was GSL CHAMPION* My awkwardly made point is that it was a different game back then. Like, way different. But Happy really was a boss, though I expect his 10% loss rate came from MC and MMA....

@@Tokyo-go2du I dont think it's irrelevance, I think she just says wtv is happening in the game (i.e. hellions are hitting zerglings, banelings are rolling in). I mean we can obviously see what's currently going on. If her role as the caster there is to hype wtv is going up a degree, I think she's doing ok (but for me I think it distracts more than it hypes. Her style would definitely fit for a radio where we can't see what's going on lol). I personally like casters who give insight to the game to the viewers (i.e. if the banelings are able to kill x number of workers, this can go 50/50, but if it kills more than x, zerg will have a big advantage)

Sooo many things to say about this series ! Really an amazing one, right from the start we can feel both players are fighting with their guts ! Although Serral seemed a bit shaky and didnt play at his very top level, i think its because he knows Clem is a real threat... And Clem is one of the few players that puts pressure on him even before the game starts. As a french zerg player, certainly the most exciting matchup I've seen in a while. Thank you for this, great performance by both players and great casting ! We want some more :D

feels like Serral decided to tap out a bit too soon in game 1 , I mean he had 24 28 more lings in production in half progress so I think he might survive a bit longer

Creep spead was terrible, and by the time the ling come out, Serral still has to morph them into banes, which take another 15sec. That is enough time for the 4th base or even 3rd base of Serral to goes down. No queen left so no larvae injection neither. It was a way uphill battle metally, so Serral just gg out to rinse and repeat.

I think this is his weakness, he is so used to winning all the time that when he has a difficult game where he's not constantly winning, he rage quits, it cost him this tournament and also vs zest in blizzcon where he also rage quit and ended up losing the series. He could have won that series and this one too.

Wtf is up serral lately. He is over microing all his units. In the first game with the bane bust he got greedy with the banes and instead of crashing them into the scvs he wanted more damage and instead lost them all to the hellions. This is something that serral has been doing a lot lately. Over thinking, over microing his ling bane, being greedy. Instead of killing 8 scvs he sees it as not being cost effective but then the banes just die. Serral you’re over thinking everything.

i dont know for the recent game since its been a while i didnt see serral but in the moove you're talking about, clem split the scv before the banes can go contact, and at the moment they can detonate its 2 banes for a pack of like 4 scv, so its understandable that serral try to crash them elsewhere
