What a difference a year makes! Unsure if I want to turn back a year or buzz forward a year but I do know one thing, I want more days like that, looked perfect for a climb up the Pike and a route I have never taken before, always gone from the other side. Great effort, cheers Alan

A crystal clear day! We couldn't have asked for more. It's a long route but spectacular views and a bit more of a challenge

Great video! Would you recommend this route for first timers on the mountain? We have climbed Snowdon and want to do Scafell Pike. Thinking of basing ourselves in Keswick so this seems the best option as Wasdale is a long drive away. I would appreciate your recommendation, thank you 😊

I done the same route a few years ago with a female friend who had never done any climbing etc. and we both managed to make it. It took about 3 and a half hours to get to the top from the farm and there were one or two challenging bits. Hope this is helpful for you. We were lucky, the weather was great.
