my son and i are wanting to fpv some e flite airplanes this is really cool! will analog fpv equipment work for this?

Any video system will work. The best gimbal setup and turnkey is made by MotionSic. Plenty of STL files for other pan and tilt setups also. Headtracker also by MotionSic. I have 6 planes with this setup and its a rush of fun.

Definitely-best way to start out and cheaper. I would recommend contacting a local club to help at the start-Do your homework on the frequencies and legal aspects!!! Use a cheap beater plane like flattest with a fixed camera, have a spotter, etc. Don't be afraid to ask people for help-most of us in the hobby will readily help you.
