bro Washtec made frist gantry car wash. Christ Wash Systems made the first car wash with bent brushes that bend to the shape of the car and made the first rotating dryer. RYKO AT WASHTEC AND CHRIST IS NOTHING BRO

Oh to answer your other question, it’s taken me years to get to this point but I had to teach myself how to work with transformers, pneumatics, wiring schematics, etc and how to replicate parts. I started out with cardboard when I was in middle school lol.

Christ Quantus c165 also has 5 brushes, but the ones in the style are the same size as the ones before and they also bend, but Quantus will wash cars faster, so if many people buy the best program, after 1 hour the 18 cars will be washed

I appreciate your response! These models cost me anywhere from 250.00 to 1000.00 or more to build depending on how sophisticated each one is. So far because of limited resources, logistics, and the cost to make them, I have not recently made any that could be sold but I am still working that.

I’m working on a 1:5 scale Ceccato Master, what motors would be best to use for the brushes as they will be pretty big and heavy approximately 4 inches wide when spinning and about 23 inches tall

You can use any motor rated for around 12v that has a long enough shaft but if you need more power, they have worm gear motors you can use. Most of my motors are 12v to 24v and can be DC or AC. I use them for everything from the brushes to the drive motors for the gantry.

I hate asking questions because It makes me feel annoying, but how do you make the top brush stay up then come down? 2:do you use ultrasonic mapping for the movement of the brushes?

It’s not annoying at all. Since the photoeyes were not yet added to this wash, the top brush was remote control as were the wash arms. This wash is capable of being programmed with the right equipment but the rest of the sensors were not yet installed.
