I love your Japanese hobby shop videos so much, I saved them all. Thanks so much for all the hard work you put into them. They are easy and interesting to follow. Even liked the music. I may never visit Japan. It's nice to get such a view of all the stores.

hot enough for you? lol. This summer was a aboslute heat nightmare. The model shops here are the best in the world. The one in Akihaba called Leonard 2 is the best. And there is another one in Shimokitazawa called Sunny's that have a lot of out-of-production kits for a good price. Old Tamiya and Verlinden stuff. I'm glad you had a good time. (grammar edit)

Oh, my husband would go apes**t in these model stores. Can't wait to return to Japan and make full use of the airline's two large suitcases free baggage allowance. :)

I found it funny that the Airline border control were more puzzled about my camera equipment then the 100s of kits I had in my suitcase.

Shame the JGSDF info center is in Saitama. I don't think I can justify going all the way out there just for the tank collection when I'll only have limited time in Tokyo.

Hobby Square @ Radio Kaikan building on the seventh floor has Wingnut wings kits and is very close to Akihabara station. They have an excellent range of kits including Super W Series which are WWII 1/32 aircraft kits similar quality to WNW. They also sell tax free.
