hey.. how can we increase the font size of the letters as they appear from left to right? Eg. C>r>e>a>t>i>v>e but the font size keeps increasing from the letter "r" to "e".

Well, you could add another animator with Scale, set scale to a higher value like 120%, then animate End from 0 to 100 and move the keyframes slightly forward in time. Not sure if that is what you meant but it somewhat does the job

In More Options set grouping alignment to Word, also in advanced settings set Based On to Words.

Sure, select the animator 1, then at the top of after effects open animation drop down save animation preset
