Almost a year ago, I signed up for one of these scaler free classes and I missed the session. One of the scaler guy from customer service section I feel, called me up that why I have not attended it I told him my reason and he still insisted on telling me everything I can learn from getting scaler courses. I told him I will think about it and reach out. Still he kept calling almost every day. I picked up his call and he started taking out his frustration on me. In a rude voice he was telling me I was not sure about my future and I don’t care for it at all but not just attending their workshop. He told me what not that made me angry and I hang up the call saying “you have no idea if I care about my future or not. Please do not call back again I will reach out if I need this course”. Saying so I cut the call. He never called again. However, this kind of behavior was not expected from such a company.
