Great video! I agree with the scalpers/resellers, they ruin it for us collectors and that sucks. Pathetic when I see them bright and early at target and Walmart getting product just to sell online.

I was at Target a couple of days ago and they had just gotten 4 of these two pack AEW figures in for like $19.99, anyway, myself and my two boys had been in there that morning and saw them and we dropped back by an hour later after running a few errands and saw a man walking towards the register with two of those packs. Then he came back to where we were in one of the toy aisles, walked right in front us and grabbed the other two of the two packs, seriously just straight trash person and rude. We didn’t want them anyway, as we were there looking for GI Joe Classiified and Marvel Legends but just the point of how rude most of these scalpers are!

Yeah, I don’t bother the Target employees about checking the back. If it’s not on the shelf, then it’s not there. If it’s something I really want, I’ll just go to another store, or online. Thanks for the videos!!

My target said they had 3 splinterskull instore but when I arrived nothing on shelf😬 so I asked an employ to scan barcode for me and he said yes I've got some in back, and he went a grabbed me 1 🤷‍♂️🙌👍

Bud, my brother works at target and I legit have a list of things for him to put aside for me in the back and tell him to never put anything on the shelves until I pick what I want. If it’s not on a shelf always ask to check in back. It is Targets policy to retrieve any stock in the back of house for any customer when requested, especially if they have proof. The cool thing about target is the app shows you how much is in stock, what stores have them available and what isle the toys are in. If you go straight to the isle and the toys are not there 90% of the time it’s in a box in the back, on a Uboat ready to go out for restocking and or some PoS hid it somewhere else in the store.

I pre-order probably 90% of what I collect and if it’s something I’m not as worried about or just want any extra or troop builders, etc, then that’s what I mostly look for in store.

The sad thing is that all these toy companies are the source of all the toy collection problem. They don't make enough, they don't disturb well and they are too expensive.

Scalpers don't bother me because i preorder everything so I don't have to waste my time running around stores. The thing that's worse than scalpers is cheapskates that wait for everything to go on clearance. Scalpers at least make the store and toy companies money. Cheapskates make them loose money and tells them their is no interest.

Scalpers ruined Nike SB’s and dunks I swear when I was a teen back in the 2000s SBs were found in store and at zumies and Tilly’s cause skaters got them now all these damn kids “anyone 25 and under” buy them all up and sell them for stupid amount

Yes sir ! It’s just ridiculous on how the target in mt Vernon ny and other targets within a 10 mile radius have figures like from 3years ago and target seems to let scalpers get away with everything. Target isn’t a Costco’s or Sam’s club. It’s just not fair .thanks for posting ❤

That sign is in the Hot Wheels section. Hot wheels collectors are the worst. I worked in retail years ago and everytime i put cases of hot wheels out, someone always wanted to dig through the box before i even opened it. If the pegs were full and i had a few unopened cases, they still wanted ti dig through them. Id say NO and they flew off the handle. HW collectors are the worst.

My area stinks. Normal retail stinks. Closeout stinks. Some fan sites act like scalping isn't a thing! "Stores don't stock enough for scalpers to bother. Everyone just orders online now!" As if online exclusives aren't scalped the crap of! Scalpers only leave when something dies completely.

People in my state have had to drive to surrounding states to get warbird and when they arrive, they find out it's not ready for pick up and it is canceled because of out of stock, and they don't even get a notification it's out of stock. Its official Target employees are dishonest or just flat out incompetent at their job.

My local target was picked saw peg tags for new things. Was able to get Otto from the simpsons and that's the only one I wanted from this wave. They did have 4 red hulks, but in my opinion the marvel select red hulk is such a better figure so I passed on the marvel legends but happy hunting to all! He's not wrong about every target or Walmart near frank and sons is always about timing

I don't have much of a problem with scalpers in my area the problem is my area never gets any new stock in and if they do it's a very limited number and you best just hope that you get it before the others get it to give you an idea my Walmart right now has one kang and the caveman Batman in caveman Robin the coolest thing in the whole store is The inferno ghostface

You guys need to stop blaming scalpers. You have blown them up in your mind to where they have become this mighty force that is taking all the toys and it just isnt the case. The reason you cannot obtain the goods is because they are poorly distributed, under stocked and are often released in one brand of store (at least at first). A simple ebay search on any item that you claim is "scalped" would show at best a few hundred listings. If there was this vast network of scalpers then there would be thousands if not tens of thousands of listing on beay etc. Remember there are hundreds of thousands of people in the US (maybe millions) that collect so they are all trying to obtain these things at the same time and that is why some people cant get them. Supply never meets demand upon intitial release. If you have an issue with obtaining certain products then blame the companies. Times are also hard and i wouldnt begrudge anyone trying to make an extra buck
