Price action describes the characteristics of a security’s price movements. This movement is quite often analyzed with respect to price changes in the recent past. In simple terms, price action is a trading technique that allows a trader to read the market and make subjective trading decisions based on the recent and actual price movements, rather than relying solely on technical indicators.
The only people who know where the market is heading are institutions. They are the ones who make the market move and our job as retail traders is to follow their footsteps and get the piece of their movement. As price action traders we need to find the most profitable ways to enter trades. The highest probability setups are 2nd entries, its variations and confirmations setups at the key entry points.

At like 10:30? Ya that made a lot of sense to me too, back into the trading range that was appearing. Thomas already has a larger uptrend in play in this video negates it of course. Larger uptrend makes sense i guess after you get that 2nd push up

Hey Thomas when you have a lower low on a nearby candle when counting entries say for an uptrend does the lower low reset the count? I have watched your Counting entries video several times and that's one key detail I'm missing.

in an uptrend only a higher ( or double top) reset the count.

In uptrend you reset the count for 2EL only when new high is created.

I have my personal account and funded account too. I actually like prop firms because for small fee you get to trade and have skin in the game. It can help you be more accountable and you have a goal to follow rules and pass evaluation and then payout. There is problem sometimes that traders don't take it seriously due to small fee and just keep blowing prop firm accounts and burning money on evaluations. With your account you have no rules and can withdraw and trade as you want which is nice, but you also can blow the entire account. Prop firm account prevents you from losing big amount, only the initial fee. If you are going to grab a cheap account, make sure you take it seriously so you don't keep buying endless evaluations. It is very common that professional traders have both funded and personal account for diversification. It pretty much depends on what fits you.
