I still remember the statement he made at the time of 1992 budget by fm Manmohan Singh ...”India is a turnaround scrip on global stock market” he was mare famous than all the Bollywood stars..one peon in psu bank got two allotments in Kotak Mahindra finance shares and made 2.80 lacs on them ..he quit his government job and entered stock market full time .. there are many more such incidents

Did Dhirubhai Ambani and Harshad Mehta ever met in person and had dealings? I'm curious because Dhirubhai knew about Bear cartel very well and knew how to take them head on. Also they both were from the same time so It would be weird if they were not involved considering Dhirubhai's company was listed in stock exchange. He was a big industrialist and Harshad Mehta was big in stock market.
