I am from faridabad and have participated in HSVP bidding and draw several times, here even partner banks do not finance registration amount, application nonrefundable fee is 5000 and allottee has to pay atleast 25% amount from his pocket. This rule is only to keep speculators out of this process. Only serious buyers welcome.

Thank you. But this is really concerning for serious applicants. This is also increasing the black marketing of these plots.. please reshare this video so that atleast Yeida look into this matter carefully… another interesting thing is, if govt or any authority has commercial plots for petrol pumps or any school or college, they ask for Net Worth Certificate to assess if they will be able to take the load of alloted commercial plots. But here none of the govt or authority is concerned about it…

exactly , because of non serious buyers , common man not able to purchase even a normal flat .. and ye non serious buyers , will inflat the cost of property around airport and in noida. and those people will sell these property with 50% of cash .. parallel black economy is running ..

Realty is people want to buy gold at price of silver and want sell silver at price of gold. Its a luck, Greater Noida is Gem in NCR well planned like chandigarh abhi toh real price aaya nhi hai jb ayega tb mirchi aur lagegi. 20 yrs before log boltey thae jungle maine kon lega and aaj vhi log roo rhe hai. Even YEIDA bhi shai city hogi but 10 yrs baad invest karna banta hai vahan, 2-3 sectors develop ho jaye ek idea lag jayega. Yeida is not that much planned when compared to Gnida.

Neither I am a KZbinr nor I am any broker. But a serious buyer and the situation I see is worst ever… hence, please tweet to authorities like I did
