Well said one more client lost today had ordered a windshield and they sent a faulty mount and did not replace it we have been just talking to each other since 15 days but no results

Finally someone with proof.. 🤘🏻 I just don't understand.. why will a customer lie about parts being faulty or not received..? They can just ask for the faulty part back and send the new one na... ITS THAT SIMPLE YAAR..

@@HighOnKmph so true, i don't know why, but they think that we are scamming them what are we going to get selling one bolt or a Mount and the amount they are asking for replacement products is just absurd. Really pathetic after service. They should just send the replacement part or charge and send the product but should not argue like they do

The windshield shakes like mad. Actually while my trip to Goa while I reached there I had to tighten the nuts twice.. but I found the way and now no problem.. but again wait till I go on a 1k plus road trip..

Carbon racing windshields are not practical ..I had one for Dominar 400 in year 2018 when they had just started selling windshields …

Now that you have said that... I too feel the same... This windshield throws more air towards my helmet, thus the wind sound in the helmet is unbearable. Is it the shape, height or the design of the windscreen..God knows.

This is the problem with riders junction. They miss parts, advertise wrongly and they say they dont have stock after enquiring and ordering and say no refund. If ordered directly from carbon racing I am sure this would not happen.

Try to ask Carbon Racing again once and ask them to collect your sake receipt from Riders junction. If they don't have the sale details, they won't be able to know for sure that you are a real customer or somebody who randomly approach them. This happens a lot of times to any company. I also had such issue when I bought a product from a dealer. Carbon Racing resolved the issue in 1 day after the dealer sent a report to them and asked them to support. Try bro. This works.

Carbon Racing will always support. But the thing is Dealer needs to open a support request on behalf of the end customer as Carbon Racing won't have any records of you as a customer. So to track the product movement and support requests the dealer needs to handle the support request. Carbon Racing always supported and are ready to support once the dealer requests the company to support the issue by sending the sale receipts etc proof of sale. There is a workflow need to happen for any support request. Hope this helps

I actually have no problem with carbon racing. It's riders Junction that would never suggest to any biker. I tried reaching both of them..shared all the photos and videos.. nothing and no-one helped .. tried my best.. carbon racing is genuine and i know that. 🤘🏻

I was really checking reviews to buy this for my 390 adv. Not a thing from carbon racing after this. And in my opinion as being the manufacturer, its CR’s responsibility to save their name atleast. - name of the brand is much bigger than the dealer. - dont know how many thousands of business they have lost with one 100rs bush. Pathetic

In the end they did solve my problem.. but their response towards the problem was not acceptable initially. You can buy CR windscreen it's good, but buy it from them not from third party 🙂👍🏼

Rider junction is just 3km away from my house in Indore, still i avoid to buy things from there kz shop guy relation with customer is not good. I buy accessaries from Pune and Banglore and also Karan moto mart from Jaipur, very supportive and well priced store.

Sorry for jumping in front of the gun, i feel the vlogger is atleast telling what he feels and making us aware about his situation. I know many people fall in the scam and donot have any help from anyone (company, vlogger, dealer, media) and pay a heavy price. What i recommend to these people to tweet the owner and and post it on all platforms, most companies do respond .

Product is seen in your video itself. Check from 1:30-2:00. It is stuck on the right side long box from our pov. Also the name is visible, printed as angle adjuster. Seems in the excitement you unwrapped it and that part just went with the wrapper you eagerly removed. Looks exactly the case. At least you shouldve checked your own video before making such a big video bro. Do check again. Itis there

This thing I already informed to customer that spare is visible in his own video when he shared it with me while complaining. Being a dealer (Riders Junction) we try to support our customers. We did our best to support, shared all details and opened new boxes at our store to show him where that spare is kept. Usually we do not open packing of such fragile products, as QC is already done at manufacturer end before packing.

I have made this video after double checking everything & before disposing anything.. checked every box, every packing, shrink wrap, plastic wraps everything. The product that u guys are talking about is there but the adjuster is missing.. it is not there in that pack what u see in my video. And i have shared that raw (unedited) videos with carbon racing too on instagram today (13-01-23). And have asked them to zoom the video and see if necessary.. 🙂👍🏼
