Scammed on my 1st day of Googan Week!? Mondo Bigguns XL Box Review

I was SO excited to get this box and maybe the rest will be better, but I am SO disappointed. I will be unboxing Googan Squad boxed everyday for the next several days! So subscribe and stay tuned!

I use alot of the Googan baits and have no issues with them. I can say that their frogs are too stiff. I have to boil them twice to get a good texture.

I have A LOT of Googan baits.... like A LOT o.O, but I'm also into 6th Sense stuff that Shield has reviewed, I just ordered like 10 lures from them, based on Shield's reviews. I do not care for the "Monster Bass" stuff though.

I never mind getting like packs or hats ect in boxes it's stuff that I'll never really go out to buy but always stuff I can use, everyone hates on th fp, but if you're pond hopping and don't want to carry backpack or like me if you're walking streams and wading having a fp is useful I have one that has 4 pockets and a lil pouch for tabbed baits can fit everything I need for a day on the river and don't have to stop find somewhere dry to put the bag down and find what I need out of it

I like Googan baits, and I've bought that box before. Really sucks you got screwed on that one. I also use that Fanny pack a lot more than I thought I would, esp while bank fishing.

I do really like Googan's Hard Baits. their soft plastics are good baits but they only last one bite. If a fish bites it, it's done. You don't even have to catch the fish, just a strike destroys in, in my experience. But again, their hard baits have been very good for me!!

Ohh that happend to me, I purchased the "Juggernaut" and was short 5 lures, but, I sent them an email and they made it right, they sent me a whole other sub box!! I was freaking very happy :P

Their gross are too stiff compared to others i have, even the Walmart frogs are softer. Can't complain about the hard baits, they work and run true, with the exception of their buzz bait. It runs true with no plastic but runs on its side with a plastic. Good hooks and oval line ties should come in all hard baits. The plastics I'll never buy again. When they first came out you'd be lucky if you caught two fish before you'd have to put a new lure on, sometimes you wouldn't even catch a fish before it was unusable. And they're expensive.

I don't throw googan baits. Mostly because I dont own them. But i have no problem with them. Once found a googan popper and it looked like quality. Never thrown it.

That video was so dumb.. You open ANY hard bait and they’re identical l. He even weighed them. Imagine a 1/4 Oz bait weighs the same as another 1/4 Oz bait and so on. Who would’ve thought. 🤣🤣🤣

@@JayMac guess you missed the point. The shape of the lures are exactly the same. Obviously they will be the same weight. Other companies that go for the same shape will change some things slightly to make it there own. Lots of there’s are the same lure with a different brand name on it

@@JayMac Milliken is a toolbox and his video was bordering on ridiculously hysterical but his point was valid. The shapes, chambers, and weight balancing are identical to many of Casey’s designs which Googan seems to introduce only months after 6th senses newest baits hit the market.

I think their scent on their soft baits are good in my opinion (it smells like a pho bowl), but their quality of baits are very sub par. Would much rather spend the same money other more prominent brands.

I like Goggan baits. They re did there plastics so they last longer as well. The action is very good as well. Hard lures ehh they are good but not anything to brag about. The click bait is probably the worst lure they make. Just like any other company a lot are good some are ehhh and some are complete misses.

As far as I am concerned Googan and scam go hand in hand. They are among the worst about bait copying and so many of their soft plastics are fragile crap. If not for the Scott Martin sponsorship and the small army of 14 year old social media addicts that follow their “influencers” they would be below Ozark Trail in the popularity department.

Contact karls or googan squad which ever you ordered from. I am Sure they will make it right. Googan baits have performed well for me. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but for some reason when it comes to Googan, people seem extremely vindictive. I can’t determine if it’s because of some big personalities in the squad or jealousy of their success.
