My friend said she received a random call and her display said the call was from New York. When she answered and the recording stated that there was a random charge on her CC, she knew something was up. She stated that she partially opened a PP account, but she decided against it. She told me about it and told her that it was a scam call. I told her that Pay Pal doesn't have any residency in NY. I am a substance abuse counselor and one of my patients always receives calls from these people and I asked them if they knew they were being scammed and have they lost anything, they said no but the callers are abusive. I thank you for these videos. My father was just scammed out of $19,000. He lives in Florida. I live in CA. The addresses of the packages was an hour from me - my husband went but was unable to intercept the second package. We had my dad recover one package from the UPS store before it was sent out. They convinced him that he would get in trouble with the FBI for stealing the money from them (McAfee). My poor father took out his life savings thinking he was doing the right thing. Anyway, local PD did not give a hoot and wouldn’t do anything. I had my dad make a report with his local PD, the CA local PD and the FBI. I know he won’t get his money back- but can I give you the addresses to add to your information? I thank you so much for all you do, if it weren’t for your videos I wouldn’t have known he was being scammed and wouldn’t have been able to convince him to get back to the UPS store immediately to retrieve the second package. ❤

I cant express how much I love these videos!!! We took over my fathers computer business, I knew scammers were bad.... but it was a shock to experience it first hand. By the time we see the victims, its already happened. Their money is gone. Theres nothing we can do but clean their computers and help them change their passwords, install software to help prevent it. Its every day. We try so hard to teach people what not to do and how to protect themselves but some people just don't understand and will get hit over and over. Its heartbreaking. Thanks for what you do!!

I'm going to give you an example I had a friend from India and he wanted me to sponsor him so that he could come to America. He's a good man but because of what these people have done I will never help him. Though people higher up the chain almost certainly will have connections to the kind of organized crime groups that can and do kill people. It is probably much less dangerous to be an American in the US doing this than it would be for a local in India or wherever the offended scammer in question is.

Idk, I guess it depends on what you consider "victorious". Most of the time all he's done is make some random cold callers mad, and from what I've seen the absolute biggest project he's done related to scamming resulted in getting a few call centers shut down for like a day. These places are still bringing in hundreds of millions a year. Sitting in a call for hours with one scammer does virtually nothing
