Thanks so much for sharing. I spent so much time at Lake McConaughy growing up. Pretty much every weekend from Easter to labor day and 2-3 weeks every summer. It has definitely changed a lot since I was last there (I mean other than the water level being so darn low). I am kinda glad I am too far away to go now. It would be heartbreaking to see all the places with happy swimming memories from my childhood being mostly sand now.

It is a little startling.

We just recently returned from a 21 day road trip after picking up our new 16' Scamp layout #6 and had a similar experience with someone walking thru our campsite at Yellowstone. They were taking a shortcut to and from the restroom during the day while we were out; however, the one day we decided to relax at the campground, they walked underneath our awning to their van which was parked at the site behind us. Cool video and Thanks for sharing!!!

Congrats on your 16!! I'd love to have the extra space, but we're shy on towing capacity... and money lol. Ugh, people cutting through camping spaces is so annoying!

Really enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing. This lake is a great place to visit. I’m not taking my camper on the beach. Lol. I’m sure my truck wouldn’t get stuck, but… I hate sandy camp areas. It gets everywhere. Your neighbors broke a camping cardinal rule. Lol! Take care

Our friends offered to tow us to the beach, but we opted to stay in the camp ground, and still ended up with plenty of sand to sweep up. They broke two rules in my book, impeding on other people's spot, and off leash dogs around others. But we survived!

Did you take the Scamp through McDonald’s drive through?

Sorry for the late reply. No, I don't risk drive throughs. I park it, and go inside.
