Question for you , how to download data from SAP and upload in Power BI daily , can it be automated ?

I always add a column that references the dollar field and adds 1. This way an error will show up if it scanned as text. Same thing with dates. Of course power query would do that as well.

Hmm.. I don't think regular scanners have "OCR" or "to Excel" feature.

For that reason you could install abbyy finereader, which does everything about scanning, converting, etc.

I have done this before. It depends on the software that comes with it. Somebody gave me a very old standalone Kodak scanner. It works really good.
