Here's an English summary of the video! (Subs will be posted later~) -This video is about RINA's exhibition "WAVE?", which reproduced the world view of her zine of the same name that was released last year, and was held between May 27-28 at THE PLUG gallery in Shibuya. -The video begins with day 1 of the exhibition. RINA says that people started lining up 30-40 minutes before opening, and she's happy that it seems like it'll be pretty lively from the start. -After showing clips of people walking around the gallery, the next clip cuts to RINA saying that day 1 is now done. She says that there was a steady stream of people all day, and that was a very worthwhile day seeing everyone taking in the works in their own way and getting to briefly talk to them. -The next clip is RINA saying she's starving and finally gets to eat. She goes, "I really worked hard!" and says that she forgot that she was hungry. She starts eating the food, which has ratatouille and potatoes in it. The person she's with (Mana Hiraki, who shot the zine photos) says that there were people outside who were taken aback when they realized that RINA was there at the gallery, and she says that that was cute. -Mana then says that there people were a lot of things the fans wanted to talk to RINA about. RINA says that everyone's thoughts on the gallery were interesting. Mana says that you tend to suffer from a lack of oxygen when you constantly have to talk, and it's like you're getting dizzy. RINA says that she totally understands and that people didn't stop coming in for even one second. -Video from day 2 is then shown. After the day is done, RINA goes, "Great work!" and starts clapping along with the rest of the staff. RINA says that these two days were amazing and were a lot of fun. She and Mana say that it was way beyond what they were expecting. Mana says that there's one thing she'd like, and that is to take photos with RINA. Clips of them being photographed together in different parts of the gallery are shown. After, they say they'll now be dismantling the exhibition. -The text shown on screen says, "After two hours of restoring the gallery to its original spic-and-span state, I went home while basking in the afterglow. Starting from this point, I'll show the days leading up to the exhibition." -The next clip starts with RINA before the exhibition. She talks about how this is her first exhibition since her first one in 2021, and how the one this year is being held in collaboration with Mana Hiraki, whom she made the "WAVE?" zine together with. She says that it's currently May 23 and finally received in the framed photos for the exhibition. She'll be painting the frames and is excited to see how they'll turn out. -She also talks about how unreleased photos that weren't used in the zine will also be displayed--it's like two separate world views will be represented in one space. She says that she's mentioned this in a previous video about how the concept of the zine is to express the world view of RINA's song "Kanojo wa Wave" (on SCANDAL's album "MIRROR") as art in the form of photographs in a way different from the music. The main visual image for the exhibition features a collage done by RINA, painted over by Mana. She usually uses old magazines to make collages, but this time she used past photos of herself. She says that it's not often that even the band uses their own faces/bodies to create something, so she hopes that people enjoy the world view and artworks in the gallery that are only possible in this exhibition. -RINA says that there's a lot of framed photos and asks Mana how many in total. She says 39. RINA says that they were all just delivered to the band's office. They peel off the protective packaging for one photo. They say it came out really well. Next, they're shown unpacking all of the photos. RINA says that she's really nervous to paint the frames, which Mana says she is as well. RINA asks if she's done this before. She says that she's done a lot of spray painting in general. -It's now time for them to spray paint the frames. RINA says that the photos are cute enough just being in frames, but they figured might as well give it little something special by spray painting them. They'll be adding color so that it's like the color of the flowers are gradually spreading out to the frame. They re-cover the photos with plastic and masking tape. RINA goes with a peach spray paint first and sprays a little at a time. -The next clip is of them setting up the exhibition the day before it opens. RINA pulls off the tape on the front window with the name of the exhibition and says she's really happy.
