Actually, it's more specifically either the MD-82 or the MD-87 ;) SAS is a great airline though. Always had nice flights with them, very little to no delays, and great service.

ive realize that on scandinavian flights they put like a robber band around the rudder trim and another thin? why do scandinavian pilots do that??

No, not OCD. He's just doing his job. He picks the clipboard when he's talking to ATC to write down the instructions, and he picks up the checklist to read it!
