ã»Butter 70g
ã»Sugar 20g
ã»1 egg
ã»Milk 70ml
â120g all-purpose flour (weak flour is also acceptable)
âBaking powder 1 teaspoon
âSalt 1/4 teaspoon
âA little black pepper
ã»1 piece of corn (shape the corn with a knife)
* Remove butter, eggs, and milk from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature.
* Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
1. Add sugar to room temperature butter and mix with a whisk until it becomes whitish.
2. Add eggs and milk and mix well.
3. Add â and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
4. Add corn and mix.
5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin.
6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
