A little tip to stop parchment paper from rolling away from you Noemi is to roll the sheet into a ball, rough it up a little and when you unroll it it will lay flat on the baking dish. ❤

Fun as always. I love homemade snacks with dried fruit, nuts, dark chocolate, dates and peanut butter.. there are so many things you can make. Your date "snickers" looked delicious.. I've never done them with a layer of white chocolate to. One of our favourite summer snacks is frozen yogurt bars..Püree fruit, skyr, honey or maple syrup, add nuts and or chocolate.. freeze as bars.. delicious cool alternative to chocolate bars.

My favorite part of Saturday morning! I would love to see a tutorial on how you organize your fridge and freezer and the products that you use. Mine is a hot mess and I’m sure others are as well!
