Those lane changes are illegal. At 35+ mph or 55+ km/h, you should signal at least 100 feet or 30 meters before you lane change so that other drivers can be ready. Signaling correctly is of monumental importance to keeping everyone safe. Specially when driving on two-way highways that do not have dividers. Driving safely is driving responsibly
