Thanks so much for the great ideas and how to's. I had the problem of my holes disappearing too. Thanks for showing me how you keep them. This also tells me if you seek and play around there my be a way to solve the different problems that come up. Thanks again. PS Just a helpful hint for you. (Hopefully) State at the being of your video to the beginners to watch your beginner basic videos first. This will cut down on the confusion for the beginner's with out having to repeat the basics over and over. There is a way to group your video's. You could put all the basic ones together and label them beginners. You may have done this all ready. I have not checked. Hope this helps the confused. Thanks again for the excellent videos.

I was just reading some of the other comments and thought it mite help them catch up to us with out you repeating every time. Others have been doing it that way and thought it was a good idea.

Hi! I love this video, but I am so confused and have a question please. What are you using to have the screen shots as shown in your video? I have the SNC but the only way I know how to see my screen is the tiny one on the machine. Wondering how you are able to use what looks like your computer for this? I think I am missing something major on using it. Thanks much!

I am sorry but I have tried and tried and tried all day just to do the first part and I keep getting The same results when I weld spaces between the five disappears I have typed instructions and read them with the video. Where am I going wrong. Determined to conquer it.

Hi Ellen, what worked for me was instead of grouping the two 25's what you should do is click on one and ungroup then click on the other and ungroup. this then breaks them up. Unselect everything then click on the two 25's again (making sure not to click on the spaces between the 5's) and weld them then select all the bits and group together. You should be able to keep the bits between the 5s. Hope that helps :)

Ive been told that sometimes the browser you use in Canvas can have an affect on how things work, Ive never had any problems with my browser I use safari on a Mac. The number shaped card is a simple process and does work. I had made a video previous to this one on a number shaped card and a few people said they had problems so I made the amended one working in a slightly different order. Have a look in the YT Canvas playlist you should find the previous video, follow that one and see how you get on. alternatively do it the way Tegan has said and it should work that way too.

Sometimes depending on what font you are using the middle sections of numbers are separate you have to subtract them from the main body of the number and then they will weld I’ve got lots of videos on my channel explaining this if you look in the font playlist you should find something that will help
