I fixed my own problem by doing the following: 1. On your scanner hit the Menu button and then go to: Wi-Fi Network Settings 2. Go to Confirm Wi-Fi/Network Settings 3. Look for the IP address and note it down (ex: 192.168.0.12) 4. On your computer go to Start>Epson>Epson Scan Settings 5. Within the Epson Scan Settings program see if the listed scanner has the same IP address as the printer, if not than this is why you cannot connect to the scanner. To fix it do the next few steps. 6. Click the listed scanner and click the Delete button 7. Click the Add button 8. Enter in a name for the scanner then click the option for "Enter Address" 9. Enter in the IP address of your scanner 10. Click OK 11. Within the Epson Scan Settings main screen click the Test button to confirm the connection works OK 12. Open the Epson Scan program and start scanning!

if it doesn't work try to Turn off your printer unplug the white cord at the back of your printer count 5 sec put it back and power on your printer. Hope it helps..
