Scansonic SCeye Process Monitoring with AI for Laser Welding and Brazing

SCeye Process Monitoring uses artificial intelligence in laser welding and brazing applications to detect smallest pores and spatters. SCeye enables a smart visualization of the process and the seam results of the part. The range control for slip-off detection and off-line analyzis increase process stabilty and part quality, especially for aluminum fillet welding. SCeye is fully integrated in Scansonic optics with modern camera module and illumination module.
