Shere Khan with negative difficulty. Khan was able to ragdoll baloo who can causally lift boulders, rip trees out of the ground and hold up a collapsing temple. Whereas scar lost to a young lion with no combat experience.

Scar actually takes durability, he survived a HUGE fall off a cliff.

So did Khan. Scar did hit some of the cliff edges before landing so his fall was a little broken, he was also out for a short while and drowsy when he got up. Khan landed full force on the ground from what arguably might have been a higher fall and instantly sat back up with at best a head-shake of minor dizziness.

Baloo was designed more after Himalayan Brown Bears in both size and weight, you could see he had more resemblance to normal Bears than actual Sloth ones, so if that is the case then Khan would have easily lifted and judo threw 800 pounds.
