Fell in love with the design aesthetics, bought a green Scarab Impulse 195 HO two weeks ago and have been loving it ever since! Can't wait until she opens up though, only 6 more hours, 30mph just isn't enough speed! She's an all around beast, thirsty as hell, but it's so worth it. Couldn't be happier! Thanks!

Hi. Does it only come with hydrojet propulsion? And if i want to use this in waters that always have all souggt of debris, is it adviceable?

Very nice, well thought out. If I had one comment to make and being a family boat. I would have added retractable seat belts. If that thing stops suddenly, everyone keeps going at the speed the boat was and that could be disastrous at even 15 to 20 mph. On that note...what is this boat's top speed please? One more question. Are you planning on releasing another line of high performance scarabs, as we saw back in the 80's and 90's? I realize it's supply and demand that determine cost decisions, yet I'm sure you would sell a whole heap up front. I would be inline for one I know, one that pushes perhaps 110 to 120 mph (sorry I'm old school...lol)!

How is a boat going to stop suddenly? If you hit a dock perhaps? Seatbelts won't help you then. Boats don't have brakes. They decelerate smoothly once the throttle is released. Seatbelts in boats? really? Have you EVER seen that in a recreational vessel? Maybe if you're so keen to drive at 120mph it might pay to leave your family at home eh?
