I'm guessing Lumine was turned into a vampire against her will and Scaramouche did it to save her life, but she didn't want to love as a vampire. Hence why she is refusing to eat because the thought of drinking blood horrifies and digusts her. At least, that's the impression I got from the short. 🤔
