Yes they are. I’ve bought 10 used gpu’s on fb marketplace in the last year and paid nowhere close to ebay market prices. Got a 1080 ti for 120$, a 2070 super for 90$ and yesterday managed to snag an evga 3070 xc3 for 190$..I just lowball the hell out of people and it works 75% of the time
