Only 27 night is not lailat qader it's not specifi it can be 21 23 25 27 29 so you shouldn't pray only for one night if we pray our Allah every night is qader in my opinion and it's not good to be Muslim only for a night or a month it should be for ever

We are nobody to judge but I agree alot of people go to take snapchats and show their friends and family that they are going to masjid for Qhatm Quran on the 27th night, even though they did not attend any other night. With social media everyone is trying to prove that they are better than each other. But I get it they think 27th is important so at least they made effort to attend on that date. Allah knows best. The last ten nights of Ramadan is important because in one of those ten nights is Laylatul Qadr. There is a hadith qhich narrates that the chances of Laylatul Qadr is higher in the odd nights(last ten). Laylatul Qadr is the night the revelation is given to the prophet Muhammad. It is better to worship in that night than worshipping in 83 years

Roshan's reaction was comical, but no need to fear spiders. They are useful creatures, and in English tradition (that's mine) it's bad luck to kill one you find indoors. I always move them outdoors. Many scholars agreed that the night of power has a higher chance to occur on the 27th.After doing research I learned that Allah (SWT) mentions 10 nights, but Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) specifically says the last 10 nights of Ramadan.I think what people did is make is earlier for themselves by saying odd nights only or 27th night.Only Allah(SWT) knows and may we be blessed to see that night :)

Assalamoalaukum. I heard an authentic Hadeeth: A sahabi swore by Allah that Laylatul Qadr was on the 27th of Ramadan. I'm not a scholar and I don't have the full hadeeth on me, but I can find it and post it for you if you would like.

Every night of the last ten days we should do prayers and read as if it is layout al Qadir because Brother Oyon Ajmain once said * and i think he was right* that what if they started Ramadn on the wrong day this year, so we'll be only doing even nights, that is why to be 100 % sure which we can never be, we should do our best every night of the last ten days.
