Any of the new Canon's, either the M50, 80D or the EOS R. The DPAF face detect and focus tracking is way bettter than the Sony! And they have full flip screens for selfies/vlogging.

Sony a7III is awesome! I had the a6500, the smaller aps-c sensor struggles in low light... I upgraded to the a7III when it released and it's awesome! Get that with the 24-105 f/4 OSS lens and you're set for a long time! :) Although, you will have to sort out your color grading during post processing, the tones are completely different to Leica and Canon, but still good!

I just got a a6500 and I love it!! - I was using a a5100 but it didn't have the digital stabilization, or the mic input, this solved both those problems and takes really nice photos - I'd say tho the focus can jump, work out which type of auto focus works best or else it can be jumpy but once its solved there are no problems. I also use an ax53 sony but that's much bigger 1000% recommend the sony a6500 - I actually have it coming in my next vlog talking about it

I have the Sony alpha 6300 and it’s also very good. It’s very easy to take with you and the focus is always good, not that I vlog but when I film myself it’s always perfect and good quality! It’s definitly a good camera! It’s worth the money! I love mine 😁😁

Keep making these vlogs. They are brilliant. As for the camera don’t change yet because Leica are bringing out another version of the Q but if you want something as a stop gap get the Sony RX100 VI. I have the Leica Q, Leica D Lux and Leica X but also the Sony RX100 VI just as a pocket camera but nothing compares to the Leica quality!!

Sony A6500 is a good choice. it has 425 focusing points which means focusing is much more faster than your average camera. plus it has an additional 169 contrast-detect points that enables your camera to focus quickly!

I have the Sony A6300 (which is close to the 6500 ;) ) and it's really good. I don't vlog with it (there's no screen rotation) but the video quality is extra good, the focus is quite fast and if you have a good lens then it's all perfect! It's also quite small so extra handy to take around!

Canon 6D mark II is really good camera for vloggin and it works extremely well with pictures as well. It’s full frame, flipping screen, excellent autofocus and codecs.

a6500 is a 100% recommend!!! Amazing camera for its size and weight :) There are also some amazing Lenses out there, which take the camera to the next level

Ya I vlog on the sony a6500. My fav so far that i've used. 120 fps at 1080p for broll and beautiful 4k!! The continuous autofocus you don't even need to check if youre in focus. Awesome camera! Sony is killing it rn! a7iii buying soon too!

The a6500 is a great camera. Good autofocus and it’s great video quality. Since you are going for an easy camera, this is the one to go for. But if it was me I would have chosen the a7s II.
