9:35 The 'briefcase' is a traditional British politics thing. It's carried by the Chancellor, and it contains the 'Budget'. The budget lists out the changes in taxes for that year, which the Chancellor sets. He/she shows off the briefcase to the news cameras, as a kind of symbolic thing of "look, I've got the new tax laws in my hands right here, and I'm about to tell everyone what they are". Pretty strange, but it's just something they've always done! As for the green/red change, I've no idea. It's usually always a red colour.

Yes, the briefcase is covered in microdot material. It's a technology that was invented in the 90's for stealth operations. It's essentially cloaking tech. The microdots can create any color, any pattern, to blend into the environment behind it. If a person were wearing a microdot suit and stood in front of a brick wall, you'd *barely* see their outline. The tech was too expensive to use back then, so I'm sure it a bit more accessible these days- especially for smaller applications like coating a briefcase.

It's a centuries-old tradition for the Chancellor to take his annual budget to Downing Street in a red leather briefcase. It's red leather. It's always been red leather. It still is red leather. At no point has it ever been green. The original footage of him holding up the briefcase is available to anyone who can be bothered to look, as are thousands of stills photographs of the same event. Thomas Finnell, exactly. There are no statues that make pseudocide a crime but it is a hard thing to do and not commit a crime in order to do it (a lot of times there is a real crime being committed, whether it is insurance fraud, evading arrest, avoiding paying money/taxes etc) - just filing a false police report or forging a death certificate is a crime. Never mind that you best be prepared to always be off the grid with no identity because you would have to commit the crime of identity theft in order to establish yourself somewhere else with a new identity.

It's always visible when its wings are fully stretched out and/or not perpendicular to its body, but when they are, it "disappears". Because of its distance and the low resolution, it probably only takes up one or two horizontal lines at that point and is lost due to interpolation or what have you.

If you're referring to the luminosity, then that's easily explainable, LED lighting has come a very long way. It's either that, or they have a lighthouse that's invisible in daylight, completely unknown to the locals, and only operated when TV crews are in town looking for UFO's. Which seems more plausible?

Sure, but there is no condensation, and the surface is perfectly level. Furthermore, there is no liquid in the glass to cause condensation. Furthermore, hydroplaning leaves a trail of water behind the object on the surface. You can clearly see in the video that the glass and the glass table's surface is bone dry. Wanna try again?

6:57 that exact warbling orb light is in the skies all of the time. I’ve recorded several times. You can see it without a telescope. I thought I was just sleepy one night , the first time I saw it. So, I checked every night afterwards and there it was. Then, I noticed people posted this online for years 🤣I’m like, so I’m late seeing this. It moves in the night sky....but I’ve never seen it low like that. The one I saw is to the left of the constellation Orion.
