Very informative. I am a Tarot Reader and my client base isn't that large. As it seems, I haven't been very consistent on a lot of things but my Tarot readings are 99% spot on. I normally do free readings but as I am trying to branch out and do a more business like thing, people don't go for it. People jump on the free readings, but they won't jump at even paying a dollar on getting readings. They don't like providing feedback and they don't share the word which makes it hard as a Tarot reader to grow.

Azyra RavenSky this is a phase and will pass babe. I went through that on the first year but don’t give up! Tell the universe you want to attract a stable and loyal paying clientele base. Literally tell everyone you’re a spiritual reader. I’m still working on my clientele too but consistency is key

@@emiliarose5625 this just made me feel much better. I’m dealing with the same thing. I’m building community but I’ve been doing readings for cheap so they can trust me first. I started off doing them for free to have testimonials . It DEFINITELY takes time to build a steady clientele!

@@asiasmith6211 the cheap readings are cool but don’t sell yourself short. A lot of the time, if you’re cheap ppl don’t trust it either. Come up with a good stable price at first. I was cheap the first yr or two then I went up and after my 4th yr I went up again. Many blessings on your journey 💗

Found you via a Google search on the Death card and was impressed with the depth of your knowledge and how you linked symbols across several major arcana cards. @@ScarletRavenswood Well I have technically 2 blogs I am keeping up with. One is associate with Massage/Reiki, since that is my main business right now. And then I have my Blogger that I am slowly changing into an introduction to Tarot, because my blogger started out mainly for short stories and poems. Now, I feel I need to change it up and use it for anything esoteric and tarot! I have even been using some social media platforms for my blogger to promote it more! :)

Loved it. I got into tarot rather recently and got some success by doing readings to people but I honestly have no idea on how to make a business around it. Employment in Portugal is pretty rough and I've always dreamed to go global and have my own business, tarot seems perfect for it but honestly, I just seem to suck when it comes to money in general... I wanna try making something out of what I know this year, maybe help some people in the process and make a living like that... that'd be great.

I think you should have given them some warnings as well. There are so many online tarot readers that standing out is going to be very difficult. There is also no way to be an expert in the field because reading cards is all about perception. How you view 3 certain cards is going to be different that another person, and neither person is wrong. You focused on branding not content of a business.
