Could I ask what sampling you use for this recording?

A Sample Rate of 48000 (48khz) is the Standard for good quality, 44100 (44.1KHZ) is almost as good but not quite, you want to choose one of those as your sample rate, As for buffer size 192 is generally works well, if you get glitches or clicks or pops in the recording try a buffer of 256 or 512. I always click the safe mode box for the buffer size , it will be a little more taxing in the PC running a larger number buffer so only do that if the 192 gives you issues, also remember you tube compresses the audio so the original recording always sound quite a bit better than what you hear on you tube :(
